Dover Street Market London offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain products, such as earrings, face masks, and beauty items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use the guest returns portal to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes and dust bags are included, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return via a tracked and insured courier service to our London warehouse address provided in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
